Voice AI Bot Designer & QA

SPsoft seeks a talented professional to join our Voice AI platform project as a Voice AI Bot Designer & Tester.

This role involves designing, testing, and refining voice bots, ensuring they deliver exceptional user experiences across various use cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in conversation design and a strong understanding of chatbot workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit conversational flows for new and existing voice bots.
• Test and evaluate voice AI bots to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine bot logic and functionality.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement iterative enhancements based on user feedback.
• Document processes, test cases, and conversational guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in conversation design for voice or text-based bots.
• Familiarity with voice AI technologies and chatbot frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for bot testing and optimization.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver polished conversational experiences.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
